Summary

Indulge in a week-long, fantastic getaway travelling along Italy’s most beautiful coastline to France’s charming cities and towns. Embark on a journey to the historic port city of Genoa, the capital of the Liguria region, and head to Rapallo, Portofino and Santa Margherita, coastal villages packed with medieval castles and monasteries. Continue to Porto Venere and board a boat to the world-famous Cinque Terre, a string of colourful villages perched on the craggy Italian Riviera coastline. Take in breathtaking views of the sea from a vine-covered cliff or spend time visiting local shops and restaurants to taste delicious food and wine.

The journey advances to Sanremo, known as the City of Flowers for its bright summer blooms, before you cross the border to the glamourous principality of Monaco. Enjoy a tour around Monte Carlo, discovering some of its popular landmarks, such as the Casino de Monte Carlo, Grand Prix and Prince’s Palace. Soon after, travel to Nice to experience the relaxing aura of the French Riviera. Bask in some pebble-lined beaches, visit a perfume factory in Grasse, and explore the elegant city of Cannes.
